Husband and wife duo, Giuseppe Manna and Vega Freeman-Brady, opened Vega Pizzeria in 2009 using recipes from Giuseppe’s native Rome, Italy. All of the dishes are inspired by his mother’s cooking. originally from Puglia, she cooked everything from scratch, including pasta, gnocchi and ravioli.
Vega Pizzería takes pride in using the highest quality, organic ingredients, sustainably raised meats, sustainability caught fish and fresh, local extra virgin olive oil.
